At the 7th annual DJ Reader Football Jamboree snapped into action on Friday, August 14 at Grimsley High School’s Jamieson Stadium in Greensboro.

The Greensboro Swarm, the NBA G League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, announced today that it will host its 2025-26 NBA G League Championship Celebration in conjunction with its 2026 NBA Draft Party on Tuesday, June 23, at Mac’s Speed Shop. 

The Greensboro Grasshoppers defeated the Hub City Spartanburgers, 8-3, on Sunday, May 31, to secure the series victory. With the win, Greensboro improved to 33-18 on the season, while Hub City fell to 25-25. The Grasshoppers outhit the Spartanburgers, 7-6, and committed one error in the contest.
